Logging Hours & Comments

Copper provides three great ways for your team to log their hours and comments.

Firstly, the To Do view shows the list of tasks allocated to the logged in user, from here they can drop down a task, review previous activity, and add their comment in seconds. Secondly, that same view is available inside the Project task view, so your project managers have a complete overview of project/task activity and can contribute themselves if required. Thirdly your users can set up a Copper Stopwatch Timer for any task, and comment on chunks of timed work as they go.

Once your team is logging their time and comments, you have a great running commentary of task progress, automated time-sheet reporting, and a repository of project information that naturally improves your project processes over time.

With Copper your team has three great ways to log their hours and comments.

The third option is to use the Copper Stopwatch Timer, a great feature that allows a user to kick off a new Timer while they work, and add comments for chunks of time as they go.

Once your team is logging their time and comments, you have an online social commentary of task progress, and your user time-sheets are automated. Now that you have an online repository of progress, your team naturally becomes more efficient with each new project you take on, thanks to Copper.
